How much does a website cost?
Clear starting prices: Starter from ฿3,000, Business from ฿8,000 and Premium from ฿25,000 (launch pricing), plus hosting from ฿400/month. Final pricing depends on your requirements — you always receive a fixed quote before any work begins. No hidden costs.
How long does it take?
Typically 2–4 days for Starter, 3–6 days for Business and 4–7 days for Premium. The delivery window starts once we have received your content and requirements.
Who owns the finished website?
You do. Once your project has been fully paid, the completed website belongs to you. You can keep hosting it with us or move it to any other provider — no lock-in.
Do I have to host with Sabai Web Studio?
No. Hosting is optional. Our monthly plans include SSL, backups, updates and monitoring, but you are free to host your website anywhere else — it is yours.
Which languages do you support?
Every website supports Thai and English. We design Thai-first for businesses in Thailand, and additional languages are available as an add-on.
How do domains work?
If you already own a domain, we simply use it. If you need one, we register it for you — billed at the actual registration cost plus any applicable setup fee. No markup on domains.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
We usually reply within one business day with a clear, fixed quote and a delivery date — no obligation. If we proceed, you receive a private preview link to review everything before launch.
Can I contact you via LINE or WhatsApp?
The fastest way to reach us is the live chat on this website (chat button, bottom-right corner) — your message goes straight to our team, no account needed. Email works too: hello@sabaiwebstudio.com, usually answered within one business day. On your own website we can integrate LINE or WhatsApp buttons so your customers can contact your business the way people in Thailand actually do.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are stated clearly in each project’s quote — typically a deposit before work begins and the balance when your website is ready to launch. Ownership of the website transfers to you once the quote has been paid in full.
How many revision rounds are included?
Before launch you receive a private preview link to review everything. The revision rounds included in your price are stated in your quote, and anything beyond that is always quoted first — nothing is ever billed without your agreement.
Can I cancel a project?
Before work starts, you can cancel free of charge. Once work has begun, you only pay a fair share for what has already been completed. The exact terms are in your quote and our Terms of Service.
Do you build websites for businesses outside Thailand?
Yes. We work with businesses in Thailand and beyond — especially tourism, hospitality and service businesses with both Thai and international customers.
What do I need to prepare before we start?
Just tell us what your business does and what the website should achieve. Existing logos, photos and text speed things up — and if you have none yet, our copywriting add-on covers that too.
