Quotes and scope

Requesting a quote is free and carries no obligation. Prices shown on this website are starting prices for planning. Before any work begins, you receive a written quote stating the fixed price, the scope and the delivery window. Work starts only after you accept that quote.

If something falls outside the quoted scope, we tell you first and quote it separately. There are no hidden costs.

Payment

Payment terms (such as a deposit and a final payment) are stated in each project’s quote. Ownership of the finished website transfers to you once the quoted amount has been paid in full.

Delivery and revisions

The delivery window starts once we have received your content and the details we need. Before launch you receive a private preview link to review the website and request changes within the revision rounds stated in your quote. Additional changes beyond that are quoted separately.

Cancellation

Before work starts: you can cancel free of charge. After work has started: you pay a fair share for the work already completed. The exact terms are stated in your quote.

Ownership and moving away

Once fully paid, the website is entirely yours. You can keep hosting with us or move to any other provider at any time — no lock-in. A domain registered in your name always remains yours, in every case.

Hosting and care plans

Hosting and care plans are optional monthly services, cancellable per billing cycle. What each plan includes is described on the pricing page and in your quote.

Your content and responsibilities

You confirm that the content, images and data you provide for your website are yours or lawfully licensed to you, and do not infringe anyone’s rights. After handover, keeping business information on the website accurate (such as prices and opening hours) is your responsibility.

Liability

We work carefully and to professional standards, but we do not guarantee business outcomes such as Google rankings, visitor numbers or revenue, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of your website.
